About the Role

Denvr Dataworks is a vertically integrated cloud service company enabling AI companies globally with leading-edge high-performance GPUs. We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative / Account Manager, you will be focused on researching, prospecting, and creating new pipelines with enterprise customers, and will have a direct impact on developing the sales culture at Denvr. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with opportunities to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:


  • Follow up on leads provided by the company through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.

  • Nurture leads through ongoing communication to build rapport and trust, converting them into warm leads for further engagement by the sales team.

  • Liase with multiple stakeholders in Customer Service, IT, and Operations.

  • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and progress.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and provide comprehensive background information to facilitate the sales process.

  • Continuously learn about our products or services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead follow-up and conversion activities.


Who You Are:


  • 3-5 years experience as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing experience.

  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.

  • Results-driven and hunter mentality.

  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.

  • Tech-savvy, ability to understand complex technology and translate it to customer benefits.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets and objectives.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
